We live in a world where only one spiritual and psychological reality has a language and conceptual framework to support it. The Suffragettes fought for women to be given the vote and Feminists fight for the fact that women and men are equal. The Feminine is equal and opposite. It’s always been here. It’s deep and true and very very sacred. It’s the sacred Laws of Life. We all have to learn to support Her Laws.
The Feminine Principle is the principle of relatedness: that behind every form is a life, doing it’s best to live and every single form deserves love and care and respect. The Conscious Feminine is a soul consciousness of what the Feminine is.
So, imagine what it would be like if relatedness were taught in schools and we were taught to be kind to every living creature, both physically and verbally. If we were taught that what we can see is spiritual, and that the elements of earth and water are spiritual. We wouldn’t be dealing with the plastic problem in the oceans if this had been the case.
The Masculine gets so stuck when trying to think about areas which belong to the Feminine. It’s wrong that people can be as nasty as they feel like being when Tweeting, or sending any message via social media. Free speech does not mean the right to say anything! The thing about the Feminine is that it will bring in some much needed boundaries and limits, which is why some people will find it difficult. We are one being and everything I do affects every other being. That’s a fact.
Because ‘God’ has been seen as Masculine, men have been seen as more spiritual than women, animals and other forms of life. The Feminine is an equal and opposite spiritual system. It’s the Feminine aspect of the Divine. God the Father has been making Himself known through the major world religions. Now the Mother is making Herself known through women who can describe Her world and through the brilliant care of everyone who is fighting for change in the way we treat all forms of life. This is what the Age of Aquarius is about: kindness and helping each other live by sharing what we have. Then we don’t have to live in fear. An understanding and empowering of the Feminine enables this to happen..
